Data Subject Rights Request

Submit a request to access, correct, or delete your personal data held by nCrypt Malaysia. We will respond within 21 days as required under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Act 709) and the 2025 amendments.

Identity Verification

To protect your data, we may ask you to verify your identity before processing a request. Acceptable verification includes a copy of a government-issued ID. We will not use verification documents for any purpose other than confirming identity.

Regulatory Complaints

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Commissioner of Malaysia at www.pdp.gov.my.
